Modern, comfortable solutions for missing teeth

Dental Prosthetics

Overview

Dental prosthetics restore chewing, speech and aesthetics in cases of multiple missing teeth or full edentulism. At Klinik Dental we offer both removable solutions (full, partial, snap-on) and implant-supported fixed prosthetics.

Full dentures are tissue-supported and used in patients with no remaining teeth; modern designs are far thinner, lighter and more natural-looking than older versions. Partial dentures are anchored to existing teeth with precision attachments; thanks to snap-on systems, no metal clasps are visible.

Implant-supported prosthetics (overdentures, All-on-4 / All-on-6) transform life quality in full edentulism. The prosthesis is fixed in place just like natural teeth; chewing power is restored and the loosening or movement of conventional dentures is eliminated.

For every prosthesis we design a tooth setup matched to your face, with precision attachments delivering maximum aesthetics and function.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which prosthesis is right for me?

It depends on the number of missing teeth, your jawbone and your expectations. Implant-supported prostheses usually offer the most comfortable result, but every option is reviewed together after examination.

How long does it take to adapt?

Adaptation takes about 1–2 weeks for removable prostheses, with mild changes in speech or salivation that resolve quickly.

How long do prosthetics last?

With proper care and regular check-ups, removable prosthetics last 5–7 years and implant-supported ones 10–15 years or more.

Do snap-on dentures move?

No. The denture is locked onto implants or retentive attachments and does not move or fall out, yet you can still remove it for cleaning.
